Pilates is a total body conditioning method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920ís.† The method is an energizing, relaxing workout that elongates, tones, strengthened and aligns the body. The Pilates exercises are easily adaptable for every fitness level. Following the six principals of Pilates; concentration, control, centering, breath, flowing movement and precision the whole body is trained.

At Pilates North each client is approached as an individual and encouraged to reach his or her desired goals. Each Pilates session is tailored to teach the client more about their body and how it can move.† Personal attention is given to correct alignment and execution of the exercises.
