A series of controlled exercises using primarily the abdominal muscles. The exercises build on core awareness and strength while integrating breathing and stretching to work the entire body.
Mat with Magic Class:
A combination of Pilates mat and other exercises which are designed to work the upper and lower body. This prop based class incorporates a resistance ring known as a Magic Circle. The circle is especially great for hard to tone areas like the back of the upper arm and inner thighs.
A fun and fast paced full body group Pilates equipment workout. Participants are lead through exercises circuiting through the reformers, chairs, half trap tables and mats. This class is limited to 6 people.
