Pilates North is the only Pilates studio of its kind in Northern Arizona. Currently, we offer private sessions and group classes. Both include work on Pilates equipment and mat work. Please see our class schedule for group class offerings.
In addition to the Pilates work, Pilates North offers physical therapy (pay-per service) and massage therapy with a focus in Sports and Medical Massage. If you have insurance and would like to set up an appointment with Dr.Chitwood, please visit Physical Therapy at Flagstaff Athletic Club.
We at Pilates North are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service possible. Our studio features top-of-the-line Pilates equipment by Balanced Body. Our highly trained staff offers services in a studio space of over 1000 feet.
